Success Writing – A Journey

Becoming a success writing for a living is not easy. Becoming a successful author is a process that requires dedication, persistence, and time. I’ve read many articles on how it can be done, and many biographies of successful authors, now here I will document the process on my own journey and share what I learn along the way.
I’ve always dreamed of being a successful author. I’ve always had this notion that I would spend my retirement living on the beach in some tropical paradise writing wonderful novels. Sounds great, doesn’t it? Not likely to happen, though. It’s very rare for anyone to achieve instant success writing. The example I’ve always heard is J.K. Rowling, but if you actually read about her you’ll discover that it took her 12 years to write Harry Potter, and then she was rejected by 12 publishers! If you really think you’re better at this than her, then good luck to you. I, however, believe in stacking the deck, so I’m going to read every bit of advice that’s out there and try to develop a plan of attack. I work full time, so my time to work on this goal is limited, I’ve got to really think about how to do this efficiently and I hope this information will be helpful to those out there trying to achieve similar goals.
