This is the personal website of Christine A. Brennan. It is a collection of resources for projects I work on, several things I am interested in, and just some fun things I like to do in my spare time.

I have worked in IT for over a decade at the University of Michigan. I have worked as a programmer and systems adminstrator, I now work for the DNA Sequencincg Core where I specialize in Illumina sequencing informatics. In 2003 I took over designed and maintainance of the LIMS, a sybase backed experiment tracking system with a perl CGI interface, and I have expanded this system to track experiments across several platforms.

I am also interested in history, particulary Roman and Egyptian history.
